We
do not provide daily service in our rooms and cabins, however,
towel exchange is available in the office during office
hours. There is a $10 towel exchange fee if towels
are exchanged for stays less than 4 nights.
Reservation
and Cancellation Policies:
A deposit equal
to the first night and $25.00 for each additional night
will be required to hold all reservations.
Reservations cancelled
within 3 days of the arrival date: the full amount
minus the deposit will be charged to the credit card.
Reservations cancelled
4-10 days prior to the arrival date: the first night
plus $25.00 for each additional night of the reservation
minus the deposit will be charged to the credit card.
Reservations cancelled
11 days or more prior to the arrival date: $25.00
per night minus the deposit. If the deposit is greater
than the cancel fee, the difference will be credited to
the credit card on file.
Reservations
for holiday weekends and special events will be charged
the full amount at the time of booking and the amount is
non-refundable.
The cancellation
policy applies to gift certificates, door prizes and auction
items.
Occupancy
Policy: We do not allow over capacity in rooms
and cabins.
No
Show Policy: Full reservation amount will be charged
to the credit card for no-show.
Smoking
Policy: All our rooms and cabins are non-smoking.
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card for
smoking in the rooms.
Pet
Policy: No pets in the rooms and cabins, or left in
vehicles. A $250 fee will be charged for pets on the
property.
Damage: Damage, extra cleaning time
and missing items will be billed to guests at a minimum
of $50.00.
