D'Rose Inn and Cabins is conveniently located on US Highway 83, in Leakey (LAY-key), the motorcycle mecca of Texas and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful views in the Texas Hill Country. Our 3 acre property offers 4 rooms, and 11 cabins. We also have a pool, a covered pavilion, barbeque grills and picnic tables throughout the property.

Leakey has several restaurants for dining or enjoy outdoor grilling at your cabin or under the pavilion.  Or, fire up the smoker at the pavilion before you start your day and enjoy your barbeque when you return in the afternoon.   Want to grill while at D'Rose Inn & Cabins? No problem, we can provide you with the tools you'll need.  Ask us about our pre-arrival short list grocery shopping service.

D’Rose Inn & Cabins has had several names since it was built in the 1940s as The Cedar Hill Motel.  Since then property names have included: Be Our Guests Cottages, Welcome Inn, and Mountain Laurel Inn. 

Motorcyclists and bicyclists enjoy the scenic farm and ranch roads 39, 1340, 187, 470, 1050, 1120, 2748 and of course the 3's:  335, 336, and 337 where you are likely to see exotic animals like giraffes, zebra, wallabies, camels and exotic deer while riding the winding and twisty roads of the Hill Country.

October - February                                             March - September
Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 5:00                              Monday - Saturday: 9:00 - 7:00
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 - 5:00                             Sunday: 9:00 - 6:00

Check-in time is 4:00 pm (you are welcome to check-in early if the room is ready, but if not, please don't get upset if you arrive early!)

Check-out time is 9:00 am, later check-out may be available upon request.

Keys for late arrivals can be found next to the office door in an envelope labeled with guest's last name.

Leakey is in Real County, you can check road conditions at TX DOT road conditions to determine if you want to determine which roads in the area have construction.  Or you can always call the office.
