D'Rose Inn and Cabins is lodging for motorcyclists and bicyclists only! All brands are welcome. You are welcome ride-in or trailer your bikes. The following policies apply to the property, and we appreciate your observation, as they are for your safety and the safety of other guests.
Some of our policies may seem strange or quirky, but not everyone has the same idea of what is appropriate behavior. Many of the policies were adopted prior to D'Rose Inn and Cabins becoming lodging for motorcyclists and bicyclists only. We have become fond of the list and still chuckle at the reasoning behind some of these.

Rates
Rate Capacity Description
$ 75 2 1 queen or king bed in the Inn
$ 85 2 1 queen bed in a cabin
$100 4 2 double beds in a cabin
$160 4 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1 queen and 2 twin beds
Rates include a 6% Texas Hotel Tax.
All rooms include bed linens, towels for capacity, full size coffee pot, Community Coffee brand coffee, ceramic mugs, a small refrigerator, hair dryer, small cooler, and bike towels.
Policies
Quiet time is 10:00 PM
If arriving after 10:00 pm or leaving before 8:00 am please respect other guests by keeping pipe noise at a minimum.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Two night minimum requirement for reservations on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from March 15 - October 31. However, if you call the day you want a reservation and a room or cabin is available, the two night reservation requirement may be waived.
A deposit equal to the first night and $25 for each additional night will be required to hold all reservations.
Reservations canceled within 3 days of the arrival date: the full amount minus the deposit will be charged to the credit card.
Reservations canceled 4-10 days prior to the arrival date: the first night plus $25.00 for each additional night of the reservation minus the deposit will be charged to the credit card.
Reservations canceled 11 days or more prior to the arrival date: $25.00 per night
minus the deposit. If the deposit is greater than the cancel fee, the difference will be credited to the credit card on file.
Reservations for holiday weekends and special events will be charged the full amount at the time of booking and the amount is non-refundable. Special event weekends and holidays require a minimum of 2 night reservation.
No shows will be charged the full amount.
The cancellation policy applies to gift certificates, door prizes and auction items.
Room Capacity
2 Guests: Rooms 3, 4, 5 and Cabins 10 and 14
4 Guests: Cabins 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12a, 12b, 13, and 15
We do not allow more than capacity in rooms and cabins.
No smoking in the rooms or cabins, however, smoking is allowed outside. Please use appropriate receptacles for smoking trash.
Services, for a small fee
Pre-arrival short-list grocery shopping (15% of total groceries, $15 minimum
Laundry service $15/load
Guests will be charged $250.00 fee for the following:
Pets in rooms or cabins (we have a NO PET policy)
Smoking in rooms or cabins
Water balloon fights on the property
Cleaning fish or game on the property
Keys not returned upon check-out
Spitting in the rooms
Towels
Bath: Towels are provided for each room and cabin according to the capacity. We are attempting to conserve water as the water tables are very low in our area. Towels are supplied at 1 towel and washcloth per capacity. Towels can be exchanged in the office during office hours. However, reservations less than 4 nights will be charged $25 per towel set exchange. We will exchange towels at no charge for stays 4-7 nights. Please do not take towels to the pool or the river.
Pool: Pool towels are provided at the pool and must be deposited at the pool or in the rooms, do not take to the river.
River: Please ask for river towels at the office during office hours.
Bike: Bike towels are provided in the rooms, please do not use bath towels and washcloths on bikes. A minimum of $50.00 will be charged for stained bath towels and washcloths.
Swimming pool
No life guard on duty. Only swimming attire is to be worn in the pool. Guests wearing other attire will be asked to leave the pool. No discount or refund if the pool is not available due to maintenance or closed for the season.
The pool closes one hour before dark or when the office closes, whichever comes first, or as determined by management. Towels are provided for the pool and the river.
Children
Children are welcome but they must be able to ride off the property either on their own or on the back of a motorcycle. There must be one motorcycle for every two people in a cabin, and please don't ask if you can bring someone to watch your children playing at the pool while you ride. There are many other properties around that are very family oriented, just call the office and I'll be happy to suggest some of the properties.
While here, children must respect others and the property and there will be no screaming, running, splashing at the pool, touching motorcycles or getting into things that should not be their concern.
No discharging of firearms
No fireworks
No clotheslines
No strings of lights
No hotplates, electric skillets, or griddles
Candles must be attended at all times, including citronella candles
Fires are allowed only in the stone fire ring near the pool, or in the barbecue pits
And finally,
Furniture must not be removed from the room or property (including chairs, picnic tables, and hammocks). Missing and broken items, bath towels and washcloths ruined by bike cleaning, and rooms that required additional cleaning time will be charged a minimum of $50.00
If you feel rearranging the furniture in the rooms/cabins is necessary, please return the furniture to its original location before departing.
Rates and rules are subject to change without notice. D'Rose Inn reserves the right not to provide services to anyone or any group. Guests asked to leave the property or leave prior to their departure date will not receive a refund.
D'Rose Inn and Cabins shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of a guest for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects, and motor vehicles parked on the premises.
